Air Products
and Chemicals Inc. is developing a commercial
hydrogen fueling station
with funding from US DOE which uses natural gas as the
feed-stock. The station will be installed at Penn State,
University Park, in early 2004 at the Office of Physical
Plant. The Pennsylvania Transportation Institute is
managing station installation. This station will be used
to fuel in-service hydrogen
vehicles during a demonstration period. It will also
serve as a refueling station for
fuel cell buses under test at the PTI Bus
Research and Testing Center.
Hydrogen will also be delivered to on campus
research projects. |
